Security and privacy
Arlo writes in your name to people you don’t know yet. That calls for firm limits. The software enforces them; they don’t depend on an AI following instructions.
- Separate accounts
- Every customer account is separated from all others at the database level, and automated tests check that nothing crosses over. Your data, your conversations and everything Arlo learns with you never feed into work for other customers.
- Sending
- Every message goes out exactly once, also when something fails mid-send. If it’s unclear which conversation a reply belongs to, Arlo asks you instead of answering.
- Stop requests
- Unsubscribes and refusals take effect immediately and permanently, for every sequence and every mailbox. Nobody can remove them from the do-not-contact list, not even you.
- Your mailbox
- Arlo sends from your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox, connected by signing in; disconnecting it ends Arlo’s access. Arlo keeps a daily limit per mailbox, starts slowly with a new one, and pauses on its own when bounces or complaints pile up. Every message carries your sender details and a way to opt out.
- Authority
- You decide what Arlo may do. Prices, discounts and binding commitments stay locked until an owner of your account allows them. Every change is recorded with who made it.
- Your data
- Owners can export all of the account’s data or delete the account. A deletion stops outreach at once and can be cancelled for 14 days.
- Sign-in
- You sign in without a password, with a link sent by email. Each link works once, for 15 minutes.
- Analytics
- For product analytics and error reports we record metadata only. Email content and your contacts’ data stay in Arlo’s database.
- Service providers
- Arlo uses language models from external providers for research and writing.

Start with what you have.
A deck, a link, a few sentences. Arlo reads them, asks what’s missing and shows you the first companies. Nobody is contacted until you say so.
